Product Description

(Curcuma australasica) flowers appears before the onset of the Wet Season in Tropical Australia even before its leaves have fully unfurled. A native turmeric plant in the ginger family, The Cape York Lily grows from a tuber which is not only edible, but quite palatable when roasted. The rhizomes can be used in a similar way, to spice food, as traditional turmeric, and the aborigines would roast and eat these.
This can be substituted in any receipt where Ginger or Turmeric is recommended.

We recommend you seek advice from your health care practitioner if your symptoms do not go away or if they become worse.
